Biography

Southbridge: Nora B. (Adamick) Adams, 92, of Highland St., died Sunday, Feb. 6th, in the Radius Healthcare Center, Southbridge, after an illness.
She leaves her sister, Rita Adamick of Southbridge; two brothers, Chester Adamick of Doylestown, PA and Henry Adamick of Rolla, MO; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a brother, Joseph Adamick, Sr. and a sister, Nellie Hunt. She was born in Southbridge the daughter of Gabriel and Susan (Sobolewski) Adamick.
Nora was a secretary to the principal, James Robertson, at Mary E. Wells High School in Southbridge and later secretary to the principal, Edward Desroches, at Southbridge High School, for many years retiring many years ago. She was a lifelong member of St. Hedwig's Parish in Southbridge and was a member of its Holy Rosary Sodality.
Her funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, Feb. 10th, at 10:00am in St. Hedwig's Church, Everett St., Southbridge. Burial in St. Mary's Cemetery, Southbridge, will be private. There are no calling hours.
The Daniel T. Morrill Funeral Home, 130 Hamilton St., Southbridge, is directing arrangements.
