Harwich: Ann (Lamarine) Smith, 81, of Headwaters Dr., Harwich passed away on Saturday, July 8th, in Regal Care at Harwich, after an illness.

She leaves her brother, Tony Lamarine of New Hampshire; her sister, Jill L. Zaterka of East Dennis, MA; many nieces and nephews. Ann was predeceased by her brother, Jonathan Lamarine; and a sister, Mary Elizabeth Selzo.

She was born in Southbridge the daughter of Antonio E. and Anna (Hughes) Lamarine.

Ann spent many years as a legal secretary, both in Southbridge, MA and on the Cape in Hyannis and in Chatham. She was artistic and loved to sing. Ann had a good sense of humor and liked making people laugh. People enjoyed being with her and she with them. She will be sadly missed by her family and all who knew and loved her.

Funeral Services and burial for Ann will be private.  There are no calling hours.
