Dawn M.
Perry
Mar 10, 1971 — Aug 1, 2025
Southbridge
Southbridge: Dawn M. Perry, 54, passed away unexpectedly in her home on Friday, Aug. 1st, 2025. She was born on March 10, 1971, in Southbridge MA, the daughter of the late Lila S. (Tessier) Bee.
Dawn was a Born Again Christian and attended the ViewPoint Christian Church in Southbridge. She was a beautiful soul—inside and out—with a heart of gold and a spirit that radiated kindness. Her love for animals, especially cats, reflected her gentle nature, and her ability to connect with others made her a friend to all.
Quick-witted and effortlessly funny, Dawn had a gift for one-liners that could light up any room. She found joy in the outdoors, whether camping beneath the stars, soaking up the sun at the beach, or simply enjoying some fresh air. Her passions were as vibrant as she was—classic rock and '80s music flowed from her speakers, comedy and horror movies entertained her, and she was an avid reader, with a special fondness for the works of Stephen King.
Dawn never missed a chance to celebrate a holiday. She embraced each season with enthusiasm and decorated accordingly. Her home was often filled with the scent of something delicious—she loved to cook and would frequently bake treats for herself and others.
Above all, Dawn cherished time spent with those she loved. She was deeply loved in return, and her memory will live on in the laughter she sparked, the traditions she nurtured, and the warmth she gave so freely. She will be missed greatly and remembered with enduring fondness.
She leaves behind her two sons, Justin Perry of Utah and Ricky Perry of Southbridge; her sister, Renee Moriarty of Sturbridge; her stepfather, Guy Hebert and his wife Christine of Southbridge; her aunt, Janice Arpin of Sturbridge; her uncle, Rick Tessier of Sturbridge; her two nephews, Brandon Moriarty and Brian Moriarty; and her two cousins, Paul Lemire and Laurie Pearson.
A funeral service for Dawn will be held on September 20th at 10:00 am in the ViewPoint Christian Church, 26 Ellis Rd., Southbridge. Burial in Oak Ridge Cemetery, Southbridge, will be private. There are no calling hours.
The Daniel T. Morrill Funeral Home, 130 Hamilton St., Southbridge, is directing arrangements.
