Fiskdale: Deborah A. (LaBonte) Howlett, 66, of 100 Heritage Green, passed away on Friday, April 29 ^th , in the UMass Memorial Medical-Harrington, Southbridge, after an illness.

She leaves her husband of 43 years, Robert J. Howlett; her son Robert Willard and his wife Jen of Holland; her father, Louis LaBonte of Estero, FL; her mother, Patricia Vanoostveen of Warwick, RI; her brother, James LaBonte of Warwick, RI; several grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by her brother, Michael LaBonte.  She was born in Webster on Nov. 17, 1955.

Deborah was a crossing guard at Eastford Elementary School in Southbridge for many years, retiring several years ago due to illness.  Deborah enjoyed doing wordsearch puzzles and reading romance novels.

A celebration of life for Deborah will be held at a later date.  There are no calling hours.
