Diana Marie
Santoro
Dec 19, 1984 — Mar 11, 2020
New Braintree
New Braintree - Diana Marie Santoro of New Braintree, MA passed away on March 11th at the age of 35. She died peacefully at home with the comfort of her loved ones surrounding her.
Diana had the greatest kind of fortune one can have in this life; to be surrounded by love, unconditional and true. There are many many people Diana leaves behind, family of all description, but most devoted to her throughout her life was her grandmother Carolyn Santoro who is recently deceased, her grandfather Sebastian Santoro, her brother Luke Santoro, her guardian angel Kimberley Liss, Kim's two children Jeremy Davis and Casey Osei-Bonsu, and Casey's son Eli, who spent countless hours playing with Diana with an abandon unique to two year olds and which never failed to light up Diana's life. Diana also had a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends - too numerous to name - all of whom will miss her dearly.
Diana came into this world with some profound challenges, yet through her life she taught us all about the beauty of the world. Her pleasure in the things she enjoyed was unmatched and contagious - it was impossible not to get swept up into her world of sparkles and bubbles and babies and boats and cakes, just to name a few of her pleasures. Her laugh would take your breath away with its full body genuineness. She was a woman who knew her own mind well, whether it be choosing an outfit for the day (always fabulous), deciding on the next activity she would like to do (ride in the golf cart) or deciding on the next activity she would like you to do for her (watching people work was always a favorite pastime), you never wondered where you stood with Diana. She had an uncanny sense about people and was generous with her approval of those she loved.
There is a light that has gone out in the lives Diana touched and she will be greatly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her. We should all go forward with Diana's life philosophy in our minds and hearts - live everyday like it was your birthday celebrating all that is important to you.
***** A Celebration of Life for Diana will be held at a later date to be announced. *****
***** Burial in St Francis Cemetery, Pawtucket RI will be private. *****
