Sterling – Diane M. (Ouellette) Guyan, 79, of Dana Hill Rd., passed away on Monday, Oct. 30th, in Sterling Village Nursing and Rehab, after an illness.

Diane was preceded in death by her Partner, James Guyan and former husband Arthur Papineau.

She leaves her two sons, William Guyan of Merritt Island, FL and Mark Papineau of Pepperell; her two daughters, Denise Osowski of Sturbridge and Michelle Lea of Trumbull, CT; a brother, Robert Ouellette of Sturbridge; her eight grandchildren, Jeffrey Guyan, Kelsey Guyan, Austin Conant, Taylor Conant, Elliana Lea, Ashlyn Lea, Rylan Lea, and Isaac Papineau and a Great granddaughter Arielle Conant.

Diane was born in Lowell the daughter of Norris and Lorraine Ouellette.  She worked for several years as a property manager and real estate agent.  Diane enjoyed reading, gardening, decorative painting and listening to music, especially oldies.  She loved being at the beach and spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Her funeral will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 7th, from the Daniel T. Morrill Funeral Home, 130 Hamilton St., Southbridge, with a Mass at 11:00 am in Notre Dame Church of the St. John Paul II Parish, 446 Main St., Southbridge.  Burial will follow in St. Anne's Cemetery, Sturbridge. A Calling hour in the funeral home will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 7th, from 9:30 to 10:30 am prior to the Mass.
