Boynton Beach
Boynton Beach, FL: Dylan J. Lavallee, 27, of SE 1st Ct, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, June 15th, in HCA Florida JFK Hospital, Atlantis, FL, after a brief illness.
He leaves his loving mother and best friend, Gail A. Helliwell of Woodstock, CT; his 'favorite' sister, Nicole N. Prunier and her partner David Roldan of Dudley; his maternal grandparents, James and Pauline Helliwell of Southbridge; a half-sister, Ruth Montgomery of Southbridge; his uncle, John Helliwell of Southbridge; two aunts, Michelle Desruisseaux of Sutton and Marie Checkosky of Southbridge; his two nephews, Averie Beauchamp and Malykai Beauchamp; his long-time companion and support, Felicia Celia; his "Pops" Jay Conley; and many friends that became family. Dylan was very excited that he was becoming an uncle again to twins. He was predeceased by his father, Kirk M. Lavallee and his paternal grandmother, Kay (Briere) Lavallee.
He was born in Putnam, CT and grew up in Woodstock, CT. Dylan worked as a Moving Coordinator for Safe Ship Moving Services in Florida, where he was proud to consistently be top performer within the company. He was a lover of nature and animals, especially dogs. Dylan enjoyed music, motorcycles, four wheelers, boats and cars. He loved being outdoors and anything with a motor. Dylan always took great pride in his appearance with a "fresh cut" or line up, and a clean pair of 'kicks'. His passion for sneakers was something he instilled in his nephews. But mostly he cherished spending time with friends and family, always trying to bring a smile to other's faces and uplift them.
Callings hours for Dylan will be held on Wednesday, June 28th from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM in the Daniel T. Morrill Funeral Home, 130 Hamilton St. with a funeral service to follow at 7:00 PM. Burial will be private and at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Dylan's name to a cause near and dear to his heart: Safe Sober Living, LLC, c/o Nicholas Conner, 415 S. Arnold Ave., Lantana, FL 33462.
