Southbridge: Elaine M. (Augusto) Donahue, 77, passed away on Friday, March 20th.

Elaine was a devoted single mother who leaves her two daughters, Gina M. Donahue of Dudley and Kim Gelineau of Gardner; her brother, Fernando 'Gus' Augusto and his wife Betty; her sister, Diane Burden and her husband Eric of Southbridge; her three grandchildren, Austin Michael Perry, Mikhail Richard Gelineau and Mason Armando Gelineau; and nieces and nephews.  She was born in Southbridge the daughter of Armando and Miquelina (de Jesus) Augusto.

Elaine worked for many years as a Certified Nursing Assistant amongst various other jobs and responsibilities.

Elaine enjoyed bird watching.  Most of all she was a devoted mother and grandmother and put her family above all else.

Elaine's funeral services will be private.  There are no calling hours.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the charity of one's choice.

The Daniel T. Morrill Funeral Home, 130 Hamilton St., Southbridge, is directing arrangements.
