Southbridge : Evelyn (Zagraniczny) Andre, 85, of Chestnut St., passed away at home on Tuesday, Sept. 8th, after a brief illness.

Her loving husband, Ernest Andre died in 2004.  She leaves two sons, Ernest A. Andre and his wife Lori of Charlton and Donald Andre and his wife Judi of Southbridge; a sister, Adeline Mattarelli of Sturbridge; two grandchildren, Melissa Andre and Vanessa Andre; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by two sisters, Marie Turner and Nellie Cote.

Evelyn was born in Three Rivers the daughter of Albert and Julia (Cichon) Zagraniczny.  Evelyn was a faithful member of St. Mary's Church of St. John Paul II Parish. She enjoyed reading, flower gardening, vacations at the Cape and spending time with her cat, Fluffy.

Funeral Service and burial for Evelyn will be private.  There are no calling hours.

Daniel T. Morrill Funeral Home, 130 Hamilton St. Southbridge is directing the arrangements.
