Southbridge: Harold W. Cusson, 78, passed away on Tuesday, Sept. 14 ^th , in his home after a long illness.

He leaves his wife of 46 years, Linda B. (Regimbal) Cusson; two brothers, Joseph Cusson of Naples, FL and Robert Cusson of Douglas; two sisters, Suzanne Lavallee of Webster and Lynda Robinson of Oxford; many nieces and nephews and extended family.  His son, Ricky W. Cusson died in 2015.  He was also predeceased by his brother, Leonard Cusson.  He was born in Athol the son of the late Joseph R. and Pearl E. (Swanson) Cusson.  Harry was a US Air Force Veteran of the Vietnam War and was a recipient of the Purple Heart Medal.

Harry was a custom cabinet maker and worked for Brunarhans Cabinets in Woodstock, CT for 8 years, retiring several years ago.  He previously owned and operated H & L Woodworks in Southbridge for many years.  Harry enjoyed taking road trips and was an avid poker player.  He was also an avid Boston Red Sox and New England Patriots fan.  Most of all he enjoyed spending time with his family.

Harry's funeral services and burial in New Notre Dame Cemetery, Southbridge, will be private.  There are no calling hours.

The Daniel T. Morrill Funeral Home, 130 Hamilton St., Southbridge, is directing arrangements.
