Holly A.
Veshia-Linnehan
Jul 28, 1977 — Sep 13, 2023
Worcester
Worcester: In loving memory of Holly Alexis Veshia-Linnehan, 46, of Worcester, a beacon of love and light.
She embraced every role with grace, as a loving wife and mother, cherished daughter and sister, and friend to so many. Holly's radiant spirit touched countless lives, cheering on those around her with unwavering support and positivity. Although she has left this world, her legacy of love and compassion will forever be etched in those who knew her.
Holly was a graduate of Southbridge High School where she was an outstanding student (National Honor Society and twice winner of the VFW Voice of Democracy). She also represented her school at the National Young Leaders Conference in DC. She was a 4-year member of the cheerleading squad selected to attend the National Cheerleading Contest in FL.
After high school, Holly attended Penn State University and the Salter School of Massage Therapy which led her into the business of massage therapy. Holly was very loyal to her family and friends and was the protector of everyone she met: rich or poor, man or woman, successful or destitute.
In the 40th year of her life, she was baptized, overcame sin, and lived her last days as a Christian serving the Lord Jesus Christ. She was used mightily by God, testifying to countless people about the goodness of God, and warning them about sin, and the mark of the beast. When Holly completed her spiritual work, she was called back home by Jesus Christ.
She leaves behind her brother in the Lord Justin Linnehan and their beloved son Phillip Michael. Also her loving parents, Michael Veshia and his wife Abigail Veshia of Southbridge, MA, Marcia Lukon of Wakefield, RI, and parents-in-law Bruce and Nancy Linnehan of Worcester, and their families.
She also leaves her brother, Josh Veshia of Boston, her special cousin/sister, Dina Wilson and her family in Texas, also her uncles Mark and Tom Burzynski and their families, her stepbrothers, Mark Denault and James Denault and their families, and brother-in-law Matthew Linnehan and his family.
She is predeceased by her grandparents, her sister Vanessa Lynn, and her Aunt Paula Dacoles and Uncle Jim Dacoles.
Her family and friends appreciated her love, sense of humor, and deep courage, which she displayed even in her final days. Holly, you will be deeply missed.
Holly's services and burial will be private. There will be a Celebration of Life for Holly at later date.
