Dudley
Dudley: Jacquelyn A. (Coderre) Koslowski, 73, of Meadow Lane, passed away on Friday, Nov. 6th, in the Rose Monahan Hospice Home, Worcester, after a brief illness.
She leaves her husband of 53 years, Louis L. Koslowski; her three daughters, Liz L. LaFrance and her husband Garrett of Charlton, Tracy Cool and her husband Raymond of Smyrna, DE and Emily Koslowski of Dudley; her two sisters, Elaine Rizner and her husband Kenneth of Southbridge and Nancy Coderre and her husband Bruce Desrosier of Southbridge; her three grandchildren, Madelynn Cool, Louis Cool, and Aiden LaFrance; and nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sister, Jane Garceau. Jacquelyn was born in Southbridge, the daughter of the late Robert E. and Georgette T. (Pinsonneault) Coderre.
Jacquelyn dedicated her life to raising her family while working in the Dudley and Putnam School Districts. Throughout her daughters' youth, she actively supported and managed their sports teams, booster clubs, and local activities. Later, she and her husband Lou owned and operated the catering services at Cohasse Country Club in Southbridge. Following her retirement several years ago, she focused on her passion for crafting—specializing in making beautiful quilts, seasonal decorations, and handmade bags—while spending quality time with her family and friends.
Jacquelyn’s funeral services will be private. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, her request was that donations be made to the Rose Monahan Hospice Home.
The Daniel T. Morrill Funeral Home, 130 Hamilton St., Southbridge, is directing arrangements.
