Too often loved ones pass suddenly and unexpectedly leaving behind family and friends who will never have a chance to express their love, resolve differences, or share one last moment together. This year we lost two who were sons, brothers, and fathers - Jason and Kevin Blouin. They were inseparable as children and are deeply missed.

Jason Blouin was born on March 20, 1975, in Southbridge Massachusetts, and passed on July 5, 2021, in Worcester Massachusetts. He was proud of his years in banking and retail management, loved his children and family deeply. He was enrolled at Quinsigamond College to become a substance abuse counselor and looked forward to helping people and was an ardent New England Patriots fan.

Jason was predeceased by his grandparents Gilles Blouin and Pauline Beloin, Phil Stockdale and Theresa "Mugga" Guyette, his step-father Kim McDonald, his aunts Debby (Franklyn) Meneley and Lynn (Franklyn) White, his brother Kevin, and his niece, Emily Blouin. He is survived by his grandfather, Michael Franklyn of Natick MA; his father, Bob Blouin of Newnan GA and his former wife Joy Blouin of Glendale AZ; his mother Jude C. McDonald and her partner Bill Barnsley of Sturbridge MA; his brothers Justin Blouin and his wife Caitlyn (Brackett) Blouin of Southbridge MA, and Caleb Blouin of Glendale AZ; his brother Kevin's children Kyle and Kali; his sister Christa (McDonald) MacNeil and her partner Will Dumais, and her daughters, Phoenix and Willow MacNeil all of Hudson, MA, his step-sister Megan Geggatt of Falmouth MA and step-brother Brian McDonald of Albany NY as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Jason is predeceased by his former wife, Leanne Brady with whom he has three children, Tristan, Abigail, and Jacoby of Auburn MA. He is survived by his former partner Audrey Bernier of Manassas VA, and their daughter McKennah Bernier and her fiancee Reid Oulette of Winchester VA, and his girlfriend, Erin Mancini of Worcester, MA.

A memorial service for Jason will be held at the Sturbridge Federated Church on September 2nd, 2021 at 11:00 am, followed by a reception in the Fellowship Hall. Graveside services will be private.
