Charlton: Jeanmarie Garmone-Vincent, 76, of Casey Rd., passed away on Thursday, May 30th, in UMass Memorial Medical Center, University Campus, Worcester, after a brief illness.

Jean leaves her beloved husband of 36 years, Richard A. Vincent; a brother, Edward "Eddie" Garmone of Las Vegas, NV; two nieces, MaryJo Allen and her husband Doug of Las Vegas, NV and Debbie Raczka and her husband Norm of TX.

Jean was born in Cleveland, OH the daughter of the late Fred and Melissa (Tagliaferri) Garmone. She worked for 28 years for the Town of Charlton as the Director of Housing, serving 3 terms on the Charlton Planning Board, worked in the Town Hall in the Clerk's office and volunteered for many years as a Poll worker for town elections. Jean served on the Central Massachusetts Regional Planning Commission as well as on the Board of Directors for Venture Life Skills.  She was a devout Catholic and member of St. Joseph's Church in Charlton.  Jean was a hard worker and dedicated to not only serving the Town of Charlton but also her fellow parishioners by her active membership with the Mary Martha Guild of St. Joseph's Church.

A funeral Mass for Jean will be held on Saturday, June 8th, at 11:00am in St. Jospeh's Church, 10 H. Putnam Rd. Ext., Charlton.  Calling hours will be held in St. Joseph's Church on Saturday, June 8th, from 9:00am to 11:00am, prior to the Mass.  Burial will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
