Southbridge : Linda L. (Rynkowski) Bombard, 74, of Main St., passed away at home on Saturday, Jan. 1st, after a brief illness.

She leaves her long-time partner of 23 years, Ronald T. Ernst; her two brothers, Dennis J. Rines of Southbridge and Kevin R. Freeland of N. Grovendale, CT; a sister, Debra L. Goulet and her husband Anthony of Southbridge; and many nieces and nephews.  Linda was predeceased by her beloved son, Jason R. Bombard in 2011and a sister, Carol A. Forand.

She was born in Webster the daughter of John and Marion M. (Regis) Rynkowski.

Linda worked 39 years at the American Optical Company in Southbridge as a press operator.   She enjoyed the ocean and loved taking trips to Cape Cod with Ronald.  Linda enjoyed shopping and spending time with family and friends.  She was a member of St. Mary's Church of St. John Paul II Parish, the Polish American Club and the Improved Order of the Red Man.

A funeral Mass for Linda will be held on Friday, Jan 14 ^th at 11:00 AM in St. Mary's Church of the St. John Paul II Parish, 247 Hamilton St., Southbridge. Burial will be private at a later date.
