Wilbraham: Linda M. (Chapman) Moreno, 83, passed away on Sunday, Oct. 11th, in the Avita of Newburyport, after a long illness.

Her husband of over 40 years, Gibert Moreno, passed away in 2020. She leaves her son, Scott J. Beaudoin and his wife Tamela of Henderson, NV; her stepson, Jake Beaudoin of Las Vegas, NV; and her two stepdaughters, Audrey Ciprari of Manchester, NH and Leslie A. Moreno-Salmon of Maine. She was predeceased by her former husband, Richard A. Beaudoin. Linda was born in Southbridge, the daughter of the late David R. and Wilda M. (Martowski) Chapman.

Linda was a paralegal for Pizaro Law for many years before retiring many years ago. Linda was very active in the Wilbraham community and was a member of the Wilbraham Garden Club and the Wilbraham Women’s Club. Linda loved working around her home in her gardens.

A funeral service for Linda will be held on Tuesday, Oct. 20th, at 11:00am in the Daniel T. Morrill Funeral Home, 130 Hamilton St., Southbridge. Burial will follow in Oak Ridge Cemetery, Southbridge. Calling hours in the funeral home will be held on Monday, Oct. 19th, from 4:00 to 6:00pm.
