Worcester: Martha A. Clarke, 72, of Marble St., passed away peacefully on Thursday, Feb. 12th, in Saint Vincent Hospital, Worcester, after an illness.

Martha leaves her sister, Jane C. Logee and her husband Curt of Ayer; two brothers, Stephen D. Clarke and his wife Nancy of Myrtle Beach, SC,  Christopher H. Clarke of Southbridge and her three nieces and four nephews.

Martha was born in Southbridge the daughter of Harvey D.  and Mary E. (Canty) Clarke, Jr.  She graduated from Southbridge High School.  Martha worked for many years at Saga Sales and Engineering a division of A & M Tool and Design of Southbridge as an Injection Mold Operator prior to retiring.  She was well liked and loved by so many friends and family members as well as residents and staff.  Martha enjoyed her frequent day trips while a resident of Donna Kay Rest Home in Worcester.  She always had a fondness and love for all animals

Funeral services and burial for Martha will be private and held at a later date.

There are no calling hours.
