Southbridge: Phyllis M. (Maloney) Shaw, 96, passed away on December 18th  in Homestead Hall after a brief illness.

She leaves her son, Douglas H. Shaw and his wife Florence of Worcester; brother, George Maloney and his wife Lortus of NY; her 4 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.

Phyllis was predeceased by her Husband Clifford J. Shaw in 2017, as well as her son Stuart Shaw in 2016.

Phyllis was born in Victoria, NB, Canada daughter of Philip and Helena (Burgess) Maloney.

She enjoyed traveling in her life, taking many trips to her favorite destinations in Maine. She was also an avid square dancer, participating in many dances.

Daniel T. Morrill Funeral Home, 130 Hamilton St., Southbridge is directing the arrangements.

Funeral services and burial in the Massachusetts Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Agawam will be private. There are no calling hours.
