Mill Spring, NC: Robert Harry Renaud, 56, formerly of Webster, passed away on Feb. 12, 2022, after a long battle with kidney disease.

Bob was born in Southbridge on Nov. 8, 1965, and attended Southbridge Schools before moving to North Carolina in 1991.  There he started his own carpentry business, 'Odd Job Bob's', doing everything from handyman work to building homes.  In 2018 Bobby married the love of his life, Shelia (Goins) Renaud.  Words cannot express the wonderful care she gave him during his terrible illness, nor can his family ever thank her enough.

Along with his wife Shelia, Bob leaves his mother, Diane (Michaels) Irwin of Webster; his son, Scott Robert Renaud Randall and his companion Kim of Hendersonville, NC; his sister, Christine Sprouse and her husband Dennis of Sturbridge; his two brothers, Jeffrey Materas and his wife Elaine of Southbridge and Steven Materas and his wife Ronda of Pomfret, CT; and many nieces and nephews.  Bobby was predeceased by his beloved Pepere, Harry L. Michaels and grandmother, Joy E. Michaels and nephew, Michael J. Sprouse.

Bobby's funeral service will be held at a later date.  There are no calling hours.

The Daniel T. Morrill Funeral Home, 130 Hamilton St., Southbridge is directing the local arrangements.
