Dudley : Thomas J. Kennedy, 60, of Dudley Hill Rd., passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, Dec. 19th, after a brief illness.

He leaves his beloved wife of 10 years, Jennifer A. (Gesner) Kennedy; his father, James E. Kennedy of Southbridge; his mother, Erline T. (Jalbert) Kennedy of Southbridge, his three children, Christian F. Conner, Matthew S. Conner and Ace J. Conner all of Dudley; his brother, John P. Kennedy of Big Pine Key, FL; his three sisters, Deborah Kennedy-Bryan and her husband Jay of Jacksonville, FL, Diane M. Crane and her husband Tony of Fiskdale and Donna M. Doiron and her husband Richard of Westfield.

Thomas was born in Southbridge and graduated from Southbridge High School.  He obtained his Associates Degree from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in Arizona.  Thomas enlisted and served honorably in the U.S. Army working as a mechanic on Black Hawk helicopters.  He worked as a night supervisor for Gentex in Dudley for several years.  Thomas was a true man of faith.  He was a dedicated member of Faith Baptist Church in Auburn serving as a Deacon as well as a mentor helping so many people.  He traveled to the Dominican Republic for service missions on several occasions.   Thomas believed in helping everyone and assisted with many men's retreats.  He and Jennifer enjoyed hiking in Westville Dam, watching college football and basketball.  Thomas always looked forward to the annual golf tournament with friends in Cooperstown, NY.   Above all he loved spending time with his family and friends.

Funeral Services for Thomas will be held on Monday, Jan. 3 ^rd , at 11:00 am in the Daniel T. Morrill Funeral Home, 130 Hamilton St., Southbridge.  Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, Southbridge.  Calling hours in the funeral home will be held on Monday, Jan. 3 ^rd , from 9:00 am – 11:00 am, prior to the service.
