Southbridge: Vincent J. Taylor, 66, of Plimpton St., passed away on Thursday, Sept. 16 ^th , in his home after a long illness.

He leaves his wife of 25 years, Kathryn A. (LaFleur) Taylor; his mother, Margaret (Matejko) Taylor of Westboro; his step daughter, Tammy Baca Burrill of Southbridge; and his two dogs, Samantha and Hazel.  He was born in Worcester, the son of the late John T. Taylor.

Vincent was a heavy lift operator for Intransit Container in Worcester for 15 years, before retiring in recent years.  He previously was a truck driver for George Summers Trucking.  Vincent was a talented musician and played guitar, banjo and accordion.  He loved being at home where he enjoyed landscaping and gardening.

A graveside service for Vincent will be held on Friday, Sept. 24 ^th , at  12:00pm in St. Patrick's Cemetery, Providence Rd., Whitinsville.  There are no calling hours.
