Dudley: Yvette M. (Duff) Mongeon, 79, of W. Dudley Rd., passed away on Wednesday, Dec. 30 ^th , in the Webster Manor Nursing Home, Webster, after a long illness.

She leaves her husband of 60 years, John L. Mongeon; her daughter, Elaine M. Martin and her husband David of Lunenburg; her son, Eric Mongeon and his longtime companion, Jennifer Gendreau of Southbridge; and her three grandchildren, Adam Martin, Amanda Martin and Rylee Mongeon.  She was predeceased by her brother, Albert Duff.  She was born in Southbridge the daughter of Lucien H. and Eva M. (Viau) Duff.

Yvette worked at the American Optical Co. in Southbridge for many years, retiring many years ago.  She enjoyed trips to the casino and camping.  She also enjoyed vacation trips to Branson, MO and Las Vegas, NV.

Yvette's funeral services and burial will be private.  There are not calling hours.

The Daniel T. Morrill Funeral Home, 130 Hamilton St., Southbridge, is directing arrangements.
